1) Fan-made / no affiliation

Lords War Room is a fan-made assistant app created by the community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by IGG or Lords Mobile. All trademarks and game content belong to their respective owners.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this app. If you are under the required age, please do not use the app.

3) The service we provide

The app requires an active internet connection to function properly. Core features (including suggestions, saved data synchronization, premium verification, and usage limits) rely on secure server-side validation. If no internet connection is available, certain or all features may be inaccessible.

The app provides informational and organizational tools (e.g., suggestions, saved lists, preferences). Content is based on community knowledge and may not always be accurate or up to date.

4) No guarantees (important)

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that any suggestion, recommendation, or feature will produce expected results. Outcomes may vary depending on external factors (such as game updates, player decisions, and other variables).

5) User account

If you sign in, your data (such as preferences or saved selections) may be linked to your account so you can access it across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or platform rules.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the app or its services.
• Abuse any feature in a way that harms the app or other users.
• Use the app to distribute harmful, malicious, or misleading content.

7) Premium features, purchases, and refunds

• Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play.
• Premium access is verified via RevenueCat.
• Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account settings.
• Purchases grant access to features, not ownership of any intellectual property.
• Premium is intended to provide an ad-free experience.

8) Advertising and analytics

The free version of the app may display advertisements and use analytics tools to improve functionality.

• We may use services such as Google AdMob for ads.
• We may use Firebase Analytics for usage insights.
• These services may collect device and interaction data.

Where required by law (e.g. EEA/UK), we request user consent before enabling personalized ads or analytics.

9) Notifications

The app may send service-related notifications (such as updates, feature announcements, or redemption codes) using technologies like Firebase Cloud Messaging.

You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings. Notifications are not used for advertising purposes.

10) Changes to the app

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the app at any time.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, gameplay outcomes, or profits. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
