1) Who controls your data
The data controller for this app is the app developer (“we”). For privacy questions:
lordswarroom@gmail.com
2) What data we collect
A) Account data (if you sign in)
Sign-in is optional unless a feature requires it. If you sign in via Google (Firebase Authentication),
we may process and store:
- Firebase UID (unique user identifier)
- Email
- Display name
- Profile photo URL
- Last login time (server timestamp)
- Language (e.g.
en, hr)
B) App preferences
We store your language selection locally on your device (e.g., SharedPreferences) to remember your preferred language.
We may also store limited local preference data related to app behavior.
C) Purchases / subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription or in-app product:
- Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- We use RevenueCat to manage and verify subscription entitlement status (e.g. “premium active”).
- We do not receive your full payment card details.
D) App configuration and update-related functionality
We may use Firebase Remote Config to deliver configuration values that control app behavior,
feature availability, app settings, and update-related prompts without requiring a full app release.
On Android, the app may use Google Play in-app update functionality to check whether a newer version
of the app is available and prompt you to update through Google Play.
E) Analytics and diagnostics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app
and to improve features and overall user experience.
- Events such as feature usage, app interactions, and update prompts may be collected.
- Analytics data may include device information (such as device model, OS version, and general location).
- We do not use analytics to directly identify individual users.
We may also collect diagnostic data (such as crash logs) to improve app stability and performance.
Analytics collection is disabled by default and is only enabled after user consent where required by law (e.g. in the EEA/UK).
F) Push notifications
Our app may send push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
to inform you about updates, new content, or features such as redemption codes.
You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
We do not use push notifications for advertising purposes.
3) Why we process data (purposes)
- To provide sign-in and account-related features.
- To store your settings (like language).
- To verify premium access and prevent entitlement errors.
- To validate daily feature limits and prevent abuse or fraud.
- To configure app functionality and manage feature behavior.
- To support update-related prompts and version management on Android.
- To analyze app usage and improve features and performance.
- To send service-related notifications (such as updates, feature announcements, or redemption codes).
- To provide support if you contact us.
- To protect the app against abuse and keep it working reliably.
4) Legal bases (GDPR-friendly)
- Contract / service delivery: to provide app features you request.
- Legitimate interests: preventing abuse, managing app reliability, and ensuring the app works securely.
- Consent: for analytics and personalized advertising where required by law.
5) Where data is stored
Account-related data may be stored and processed using Google Firebase services.
Subscription status is verified via RevenueCat.
These providers may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States,
under appropriate safeguards.
6) Sharing of data

- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Remote Config, Analytics, FCM)
- Google AdMob (advertising and measurement)
- RevenueCat (subscription entitlement verification)

We do not sell your personal data.

Premium (War Pass) access is intended to provide an ad-free experience.
- AdMob may collect data such as device identifiers, IP address, and interaction data.
- Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on user consent.
- In regions such as the EEA/UK, we request user consent before personalized ads.
7) Data retention
We keep account data as long as needed to provide the service.
You can request deletion at any time.
8) Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data.
