Delete Account – War Room

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting:

lordswarroom@gmail.com

Please include:

• The Google email address used to sign in
• Your request to delete account data

We will process deletion requests within 14 days.

Identity verification may be required before deletion is processed.

Data deleted includes:

• Firebase account identifier (UID)
• Email and display name stored in Firestore
• Saved teams and user preferences
• Associated account records stored in our Firebase database

Purchase transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not control their transaction records. Subscription status data stored in RevenueCat will be deleted where applicable.

Certain records may be retained where required by applicable law (for example, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations).
